Each person is created with unique DNA, gifts, talents, interests and personalities. Our process will help you evaluate how to use these to your advantage and step into your calling with passion and purpose.

We guide profit and non-profit organizations in developing a strategic plan. We look holistically at your mission and vision to identify opportunities and set realistic short-term and long-term goals in each area of your organization to help you improve your margin and make a greater impact.

My Favorite Color is red and I love all things sparkly.
I accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior at the ripe age of 8, but it wasn’t until many years later that I experienced what it means to walk in the freedom of that decision.
When I listen to music, some of my favorite artists are Lauren Daigle, Bethel Music, and mostly any 70’s and 80’s or Country.
My Life Language is Shaper/Influencer. I love thinking strategically and making a plan while enjoying the journey to the fullest.
My favorite vacation involves the ocean. I love the sounds of the waves crashing against the sand.
I love my family and enjoy spending time with them, especially during the holidays. My son lives in Charleston, SC, so I try to make it there every chance I can.
Meet Ronna
Founder & Certified Strategic Coach
Through the course of Ronna’s life, she has found that no matter your age, geographic location, or family of origin, the quest to get the proper perspective on who you are and where you’re going remains the same – whether it be on an organizational level or individually.
Ronna’s passion is to help people and organizations take the next step on their journey to discovering who they are created to be and how to get there. She helps people realign their future, armed with truth and knowledge, so that they can walk in fulfillment in five specific areas: Relationally, Vocationally, Financially, Nutritionally, and Spiritually.
Ronna is certified as a guide in Life Language KLLP, LifePlan, Master Financial Coaching, a nutritional and health advisor, as well as a licensed minister. Through her experience in the marketplace and ministry, she’s gained knowledge and perspective through her own journey and passion of helping others realign their future.

The Life Languages assessment is a must for everyone. It is so critical to effective communication, that I would even recommend completing it periodically throughout your life. As Ronna helped me navigate my results, it became apparent that studying Life Languages and becoming well versed in them would have positively impacted my personal and professional relationships earlier in my adulthood. Over 30 years ago, I had a dream where I saw a sign that said “Advanced Foundations” and when I asked the Lord what that meant, He said, “What you teach is foundational, but it is advanced and it will go worldwide.” I wasn’t sure exactly how to step into this.
When I transitioned from lead pastor of the church, I didn’t really see myself starting a ministry, per se. I just knew I was to take the revelation God had shown me and put it into manuals and teaching videos.
I had bits and pieces of what I was to do, but no context. Going through the Strat Op process gave me some much-needed structure. Now, over 30 years later, I have a clear plan and the time to put the material into a form that will literally impact people all around the world.
